Mark, a Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years of experience, has owned and operated Yellis & Foley since 2002.

In 1979, Mark earned an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Drexel University, Philadelphia, PA. He spent the next four years in public accounting with Arthur Young & Company, a CPA firm in Portland, Maine. In 1984, Mark joined Hannaford Brothers, working for the regional supermarket chain for 18 years. He left the company as the Director of Taxation and Financial Reporting.

Mark focuses on assisting the owners of small and medium sized businesses in properly structuring their businesses for tax and accounting purposes.

Mark also serves as Vice-Chair of the Board for Living Hope International, an organization dedicated to providing for Chinese orphans, with the goal of raising them to be productive members of their society.

He is married, the father of six children, and lives in Kennebunk, ME.
